The General Manager will be responsible for leading the Avon’s in-theatre staff, overseeing the building, and acting as the main point person for vendors and customers. Responsibilities include staff management and scheduling, proactive customer service, identifying and coordinating building repairs and maintenance, overseeing print shipments, delivery, and quality testing, concession inventory control, special event coordination, and various administrative functions including the use of Quickbooks. This is a full-time position with benefits, with the bulk of the job hours falling on nights and weekends. Candidates must be proactive leaders with strong problem solving and multitasking abilities, computer skills, and management/customer service experience.
